I have been having regular One to one lessons with Bella for a few months now and I can honestly say that I have never come across a better teacher in all my years of doing Pilates.

I suffer from lower back pain but I saw an improvement within a couple of sessions. Every week Bella turns up with a different program designed just for me, every exercise is very specific but somehow manages to work the whole body and be fun at the same time.

I think Bella’s attention to detail and knowledge is unique and I look forward to keep improving my technique and strength.

As a fit and active 64 year woman, but with some mechanical movement restrictions due to past sports injuries and a hip resurface op, I love Bella's attention to detail in her Pilates  teaching whether 121 or a group class. Bella composed a tailor made programme of rehabilitation and strengthening after suffering from a recurrent back injury .  I noticed improvements from the very first session in my mobility and core sculpting.  She worked with my injury and was quick to correct my posture and positioning on the mat.
