Private Sessions

After an initial  consultation Bella will create a bespoke programme for you with each exercise designed for your body’s current needs and future goals to work towards.

Bella will help you understand and make improvements with targeted exercises, to how your body moves.
Identify any muscular imbalances, postural problems or performance issues due to your pre-conditioned movement patterns that you may never have been aware of.

Consider Bella as your personal cheerleader and motivator – by your side through every movement/ set pushing you past those plateau moments in your progress, resulting in more fulfilling safer workouts with faster results.

Groups

Why not split the cost and share with others?

Bella can modify exercises within the class to suit the various abilities.

Max group size for small classes 4 people.

Corporate/schools/larger groups

Bella’s classes will reduce stress and increase wellbeing and resilience, increasing energy, productivity, motivation and concentration.

Classes can be delivered morning, lunch or evening adapted to the office space and company environment you have internally. Classes are designed for both complete beginners and more advanced participants.

HOW OFTEN

Joseph Pilates suggested a minimum of 3 times per week.
Pilates mat work can be incorporated into everyday life wherever you are, office or home.
10 min workouts can be built on to achieve and reach bigger goals.
Sustaining a successful fitness regime is about life balance and looking after and listening to what your body needs.
Choosing the correct workout for you is critical.
This is fitness from the inside out.
Pilates can be a low impact, gentle option. However, don’t be fooled, your body will still feel it and if you like to sweat this can certainly be arranged!!!
