What is BASI?

BASI stands for Body Arts Science International. BASI Pilates is the classical version of Pilates as devised by Joseph and Clara Pilates but with current scientific physiology knowledge added to the exercise repertoire with general well-being being the ultimate goal.

Breath, control, focus, and concentration combined, initiate precise movement from within to sculpt and tone the body, improving posture, flexibility and strength. Pilates improves posture, muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility, as well as relieving stress and tension.
